About me
My name is Xesco Ruiz and I have been a professional in the area for more than 10 years, since I started my studies in Hospitality and Catering in my home country, Spain.
It all began when I was still a kid, inspired by my greatest teacher - my grandmother. We cooked together and I always collected clippings from her cooking magazines.
From that foundation I decided to pursue cooking as a career. I have a double degree in Cooking and Gastronomy and Kitchen Management. Over the years, I've worked in many countries to master different types of gastronomy with passion, dedication and love.
Today I dedicate myself to work as a private chef for exclusive people and events in different places of the world.
